Leonardo Gomide

CPO · Co-founder

Co-founder of LuminaSoft. A product builder with a self-taught technical foundation, working across full-stack web, DevOps, and product shaping. He bridges the worlds of industrial automation, modern software, and applied AI. Started at 18 with electrical panels and industrial automation at Solução Eletromecânica, moved on as a programmer at Minerion (mining ERP), and worked as a solo developer before co-founding LuminaSoft. DevOps and infrastructure are his core differential: getting products off the ground, organizing deployments, and improving the operation of existing systems. Stack centered on TypeScript (React, Next.js, Astro, Node, NestJS), with solid foundations in Arduino/C++ and industrial automation languages. He believes in simplicity over complexity and in software that proves its worth in production.

Rafael Oliveira

CTO · Co-founder

Co-founder of LuminaSoft. Senior Software Architect with a track record across development, systems architecture, games, QA, and technical leadership. Focused on building scalable, performant, secure applications prepared for the AI era. Coding since age 14, holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is pursuing Software Engineering. Worked at Oi (STC platform, Delphi → C++ migration), TIM (customer registry), Grupo Loyalty (casino games), and SEGA Corporation in Japan (development and QA on Sonic Superstars). Deep stack in C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and Go, plus Django, FastAPI, Spring Boot, NestJS, and Next.js. Believes in well-architected systems, data over opinion, security by default, and performance from day one. For him, good software must be clear, sustainable, secure, and useful for the people who will actually use it.

FIG 08 / 15 ITEMS
01 Will the system be customized for my company?

Yes. We build tailor-made solutions adapted to your specific business needs — no generic templates.

SERVICOS
02 Do you also build websites and landing pages?

Yes. Beyond systems, we also build strategic institutional websites and high-converting landing pages.

SERVICOS
03 How long does it take to develop a system?

Timelines depend on project complexity. After the initial briefing, we present a detailed schedule with incremental deliveries.

PROCESSO
04 Do you provide support after delivery?

Yes. We offer support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the project according to the contracted plan.

PROCESSO
05 Do you serve the entire country?

Yes. We serve companies nationwide, with smooth communication and online meetings.

COMERCIAL
06 Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. We work with everything from small businesses to growing companies, with proposals adapted to each size.

COMERCIAL
07 Can I request a quote without commitment?

Yes. We do a free initial analysis to understand your needs and recommend the best solution.

COMERCIAL
08 How much does it cost to develop a custom system?

Investment varies with scope: small projects start in the low five figures (BRL), complete systems can reach six figures. We always quote by scope, no surprise costs — you know exactly what you are paying for before signing.

COMERCIAL
09 Do you deliver the source code?

Yes. All delivered code is yours, no lock-in. We provide complete Git repository, technical documentation, deploy instructions, and IP transfer.

COMERCIAL
10 Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign NDAs before any technical detailing. Standard template can be sent within 24 hours after first contact, or we can use yours.

JURIDICO
11 Is there a warranty after delivery?

Yes. 90 days warranty for bug fixes at no extra cost. For ongoing support and new features, we offer monthly sustaining contracts with defined scope.

COMERCIAL
12 Do you use AI in development?

Yes — AI tools accelerate boilerplate, code review, and test generation. But architecture, product decisions, and critical review remain with the partners. You never receive unreviewed AI-generated code.

PROCESSO
13 Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We work with milestone-based payment — usually kickoff, MVP, and final delivery. We accept boleto and PIX, with invoice issued.

COMERCIAL
14 What is the difference between a software house and an agency?

Agencies focus on branding and marketing, usually outsourcing development. A software house is an engineering studio: architecture, code, database, deploy and observability — all done in-house by the partners.

COMERCIAL
15 Do you work with Stripe, Mercado Pago, Pagar.me?

Yes. We have integrated Stripe, Mercado Pago, Pagar.me, Asaas, PagSeguro and direct Pix. Complete coverage of webhooks, retry policies and automated reconciliation.
